From a happy client…

I have been going to Ximena for more than a year for electrolysis, and I’ve recently started using her facial services. She is always prompt, professional, warm and friendly. She is an expert at her craft, and I trust no one else for my facials, peels and hair removal. I love that she takes the time to educate me on the products and services. She’s so knowledgeable! I have seen excellent results with the facial and electrolysis. Five star service, all the way!

Another happy client…

I highly recommend Ximena!
I have been receiving electrolysis treatment from her since 2022 and she has been absolutely amazing! During my first visit, she provided a detailed explanation of what I should expect during the treatment, including the hair growth cycles and timeframes. She was patient and answered all of my questions. During each subsequent visit, Ximena has maintained her professionalism, taken time to get to know me, and ensured that I am comfortable.

Know Before Booking…

All new electrolysis clients must have an in-person consultation and evaluation before their first treatment. This applies even if you have had electrolysis somewhere else. The complimentary consultation takes around 20 minutes and can be done on the same day as your first treatment session.

To arrange a consultation, fill out the contact form and include your phone number and the best times to call you.

  • Electrolysis clients usually book their next session before leaving our office. But you can also schedule electrolysis appointments online.

Electrolysis is a time-based service, so book a session for the recommended duration. If you are unsure how long it will take, please contact us to schedule. You are reserving our time, and you will be charged for the entirety of the time you book. Book an appointment here.

  • All facial treatments can be booked online. Book online.

Before booking a Glo2Facial, make sure you are a candidate by reading the Contraindications.

We will not perform chemical peels on new clients or if your last peel at our office was more than six months ago. We recommend getting an enzymatic treatment or facial first.

  • Please double-check your appointment time. We send reminders three days before and again the day before your appointment. We do this as a courtesy, but you are responsible for arriving at the proper time.

Electrolysis is a time-based service. Out of respect for our clients’ time, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your session or to reschedule and charge for the missed appointment.

    Cancellation policy here.

  • We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment time. Failure to give 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of $20 or 50% of the scheduled service, whichever is greater. We will charge No-Shows 100% of the scheduled service price.

You must pay any outstanding balance before you can book another appointment. Your cooperation allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and accommodate every client.

  • 1. HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE! We can’t emphasize this enough. Dry follicles are more challenging to treat, and your session will be more tolerable and effective with hydrated follicles! Drink plenty of water the day before, the day of, and the day after your appointment.

    2. CLEAN AND MOISTURIZE YOUR SKIN. The day before treatment, you could also use a gentle exfoliant to prepare the skin and release any trapped hair.

    3. HYGIENE. Clean skin reduces risks of infection and irritation. Please arrive free of makeup, lotion, oil, or deodorant in the treatment area. Shower before you arrive for a body treatment.

    4. LET THE HAIR GROW. We can only treat the hair that we can see; the longer the hair, the easier and faster we can work. This could mean two days or a week’s growth, according to how fast your hair grows. You would know it’s long enough if you can grasp the hairs with tweezers. This can be hard do in the beginning, but the results will be worth it in the end!

    5. PAIN RELIEF. To make treatments more comfortable, you can take a pain reliever 30-45 minutes before your treatment. You can also apply topical numbing creams before your appointment. Some female clients are more sensitive before or during their menstrual cycle, so plan your appointments accordingly.

    6. THINGS TO AVOID:

    • Stimulants like caffeine, sugar, soda, and chocolate may affect sensitivity.

    • Excessive sun exposure can dilate blood vessels, and we cannot treat sunburned skin.

    • Retinol and other skin treatments can cause increased skin irritation. Discontinue use for a few days before your electrolysis session.
